Adults can dance too!
Ballet Barre Fit class, taught by director, Lisa Hall McKee combines ballet barre, yoga, Pilates and ﬁtness into a 75 minute class. No experience in ballet is necessary. This class is designed to build strength, ﬂexibility, coordination and muscular endurance.
Fit in Motion classes are also offered through ﬁtness instructor Denise Njuguna guaranteed to get anyone in shape. An hour long, these dance and groovy moves will give you a fun cardiovascular work out every time!
YOGA with Jill Frere is a refreshing hour long class that will increase your ﬂexibility and strength while calming your mind.
